Really good Stay in Prime Location
caring staff room change yummy breakfast
The staff demonstrated really good care and attention to detail. I experienced a good change of rooms. It added a special touch to my stay. Breakfast was yummy every morning, a perfect way to start the day.
I noticed the interior furniture design could be improved. A working table would be very useful.

Every room is uniquely decorated by different artists, which provides a distinctive artistic flair. Daily replenishment of water and occasional sweets added a cute touch. The rooms and bathrooms were large.

inadequate cooling old furniture
My stay did not meet expectations. the air conditioning was inadequate. hallways also lacked sufficient cooling, disappointing. i also found some old furniture. It seemed worn and did not match the hotel's supposed luxury level. the room cleanliness was questionable, because i noticed some areas were not properly cleaned.

welcome drink free mini bar water bottles bad shower leaking water bad pillows
i appreciate the hotels location being fantastic. the welcome drink and chocolates in the room was a lovely treat. plenty of bottles with still and sparkling water was supplied and replenished, it was great and free mini bar was good to have.
the shower didn't heat sufficiently. there was water leaking all over the bathroom because the box door did not close fully. the pillows was not good for my comfort.

the staff was cute and very helpful. i liked the fresh pastries available during breakfast. the room i was in was spacious and super clean.
the lobby was not what i expected. the murals was not to my taste. the walls are not soundproofed well so it was easy to hear noises.
